IPREP Episode 3: Highlighting Indigenous Women’s Leadership in the Energy Transition
IPREP Episode 3 spotlights the Tharu Women Upliftment Centre (TWUC), an Indigenous women-led organization in Bardiya, Nepal, and its work in advancing women’s leadership in renewable energy. From solar irrigation pumps installed by trained women technicians to improved cookstoves and forest stewardship, TWUC shows how Indigenous women are moving from participation to power in the energy transition.
